Location: Tarzana, CA  
Salary Range: $25.50 – $28.00 per hour (DOE)  
Job Type: Full-Time  

About the Role:  
As a Dental Assistant at TTC, you play a vital role in both patient care and clinical support. You’ll ensure the seamless flow of dental procedures while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere for patients. Working closely with our multi-disciplinary healthcare team, your contribution will help improve health outcomes in a community-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:  
- Greet and prepare patients for treatment in a calm and professional manner  
- Assist the dentist during procedures, including passing instruments and managing suction  
- Prepare and organize treatment rooms and materials prior to procedures  
- Take dental X-rays using intraoral, cephalometric, and panoramic equipment  
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate records  
- Mix dental materials such as composite and amalgam  
- Take pre-impressions for dentures as directed  
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care  
- Maintain a clean and sterile clinical environment following hygienic protocols  
- Manage dental equipment and supply inventory  

Qualifications:  
- Dental Assistant Certificate  
- Radiation Safety License issued by the Dental Board of California (or approved certificate of compliance)  
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general dentistry  
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with children and adults alike  
- Attention to detail, professionalism, and a patient-first mindset
