Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a competent, organized, and detail-oriented dental assistant who is passionate about dentistry and takes pride in providing excellent patient care. The right candidate will be dependable, team-oriented, and excited to contribute to a warm, professional environment.

Preferred Experience & Skills

Surgical assisting experience
Familiarity with CEREC same-day crowns
Experience with iTero scanning and Invisalign is a plus
Proficiency in Dentrix, especially with treatment planning
Solid knowledge of general dental procedures

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and prepare patients for treatment with comfort and care
Set up instruments and materials for procedures
Maintain and sterilize instruments and equipment
Assist the dentist using 4-handed dentistry techniques
Perform lab-related tasks as assigned
Deliver post-op and oral hygiene instructions to patients
Keep treatment rooms clean and fully stocked
Schedule appointments and manage workflow efficiently

Qualifications

Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols
Understanding of health and safety regulations
Coronal polishing certification is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, organized, and professional
Additional certifications or continuing education a plus
