RDA/Dental Assistant

We’re currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Dental Assistants to join our growing team at Unicare Community Health Center. Under the supervision of a licensed dentist, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while supporting both clinical and administrative functions.

This role is dynamic and hands-on, requiring a versatile skill set across clinical procedures, office tasks, and patient interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Chairside Assistance  
- Support the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures  
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment  
- Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures  

Additional Duties May Include:  
- Sterilization and infection control  
- Taking and developing dental x-rays  
- Assisting with lab tasks such as impressions and model preparation  
- Maintaining patient records and scheduling appointments  
- Educating patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
