Lead Pediatric Dental Assistant

Competitive Compensation:  
Starting at $25 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience and leadership skills!

Key Responsibilities:  
Deliver advanced chairside assistance to pediatric dentists during a range of procedures, including exams, cleanings, sealants, restorative treatments, and behavior management.  
Support clinical excellence by mentoring and training junior dental assistants in best practices and pediatric protocols.  
Maintain a welcoming, child-friendly clinical environment by managing treatment room organization and ensuring proper instrument sterilization.  
Capture high-quality pediatric radiographs and assist with accurate charting, documentation, and treatment planning.  
Collaborate with front office and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional care delivery.  
Uphold strict adherence to infection control and safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:  
Graduate of an accredited dental assisting program; CDA or RDA certification preferred.  
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pediatric dental assisting (preferred).  
Strong knowledge of pediatric procedures, child behavior, and age-appropriate communication techniques.  
Experience with dental software systems, especially Dentrix Ascend, is a plus.  
Energetic, compassionate, and enthusiastic about working with children.
