Lead Dental Assistant (Lead DA)

Pay: $19.50 - $25.00 per hour    
Schedule: Full-time | 8-hour shifts | Monday – Friday | Rotating weekends

What You’ll Do:  
Prioritize patient safety and comfort  
Follow OSHA & Infection Control protocols  
Maintain digital patient records (health history, insurance, treatment plans)  
Educate patients & parents on oral health  
Monitor patients' well-being during visits  
Prepare tray setups for procedures  
Ensure exam rooms are clean, disinfected, and fully stocked
Take high-quality diagnostic X-rays  
Assist with front and back-office duties as needed  

Qualifications:  
Current certification to monitor Nitrous Oxide (preferred)  
OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training (annually)  
Experience with Open Dental/Dentrix (preferred)  
Bilingual (Spanish) (preferred)  
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs, stand, and sit for extended periods
