We are a small, patient-focused dental practice seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to become a long-term member of our team. Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (flexible scheduling)
- Days: 4 days a week available, with one Saturday per month optional for those interested in extra hours

Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered Dental Hygienist, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Patient Care: Conducting thorough oral health assessments, cleaning teeth, and providing preventive care, including scaling, polishing, and root planing.
- Patient Education: Educating patients on proper oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive measures to improve their overall oral health.
- X-Rays: Taking and processing dental radiographs as needed.
- Treatment Planning Support: Collaborating with the dentist to develop treatment plans and ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Hygiene Maintenance: Maintaining accurate patient records and updating treatment notes in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Sterilization: Ensuring that all instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready for use following infection control protocols.
- Patient Comfort: Ensuring patient comfort during their visit by providing a caring, empathetic, and gentle approach.
Qualifications:
- Current RDH license in good standing with the state of
- CPR certification (required)
- At least 1-2 years of experience as an RDH is preferred, but new graduates with the right attitude and enthusiasm are welcome to apply!
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and best practices in dental hygiene
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex treatment plans and oral hygiene concepts to patients in an easily understandable way
- A team-oriented, friendly, and positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a small, close-knit office environment
