Qualifications:

- Active Dental Hygienist license in Texas and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene (where required).

- Strong knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.

- CPR certification.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

- Proficiency with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical records.

- A desire to continue learning and grow in clinical skills to provide preventative care and comprehensive dental health maintenance.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing; ability to lift up to 45 pounds.

- Availability for occasional virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the year.

Health & Safety Commitment:

As part of maintaining a safe and healthy workplace, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental positions. The test will be arranged during pre-employment, and guidance will be provided as needed (not applicable in FL & TN).
