Smile Team is a growing, patient-focused dental practice proudly serving the Philadelphia community. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our Center City office and help our patients achieve healthier, happier smiles.

Dental Assistant – Full-Time (Sign-On Bonus Available!)

SIGN-ON BONUS available for qualified Dental Assistants with a valid Pennsylvania X-ray license!

About Us:

Smile Team has five modern dental offices equipped with the latest technology.

Candidates must be available to travel between two or more locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide chairside assistance during all dental procedures
Greet and seat patients promptly with a friendly, professional attitude
Educate patients about upcoming procedures and post-care instructions
Take and process high-quality dental X-rays (PA certification required or willingness to obtain)
Maintain clean, well-stocked, and organized operatories
Accurately chart and document patient information and treatment details
Assist with lab work such as bleaching trays and study models
Prepare treatment plans and assist with check-out and financial arrangements
Ensure all equipment is properly turned on/off and maintained daily
Support team members and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience (required)
X-ray certification (preferred; must be willing to obtain if not yet certified)
Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on patient comfort
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between offices
