Schedule

5–6 days per week | 8-hour shifts
Overtime available

Your Responsibilities

Greet and prepare patients for periodontal procedures
Assist the periodontist during surgical and non-surgical treatments, including implants, grafting, crown lengthening, and extractions
Capture dental impressions, scans (iTero preferred), and X-rays
Ensure proper sterilization and preparation of instruments in compliance with OSHA/HIPAA standards
Maintain detailed patient records in Open Dental software
Keep operatories clean, organized, and patient-ready at all times

What We’re Looking For

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Licensed in Texas (required)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
2+ years of experience preferred
Reliable, detail-oriented, and patient-focused
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible, eager to learn, and passionate about excellence
