Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Dental Assistant to join our team in Skokie and Chicago, IL. In this role, you will support clinical procedures by preparing patients, sterilizing instruments, assisting dentists chairside, and maintaining a clean, organized treatment environment. You will also play a key role in educating patients on oral hygiene practices and ensuring every patient experiences a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

Qualifications

Proficiency in dental care, oral care, and general dentistry practices
Experience with instrument sterilization and maintaining a sterile environment
Strong dental assisting skills, including patient preparation and chairside support
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Certification or training from an accredited dental assistant program
Familiarity with dental software and electronic record-keeping is a plus
