A busy pediatric dental practice in San Antonio is seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to support both clinical care and daily operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in pediatric dentistry who is ready to take on a leadership position while helping create a fun, positive experience for young patients.

Position: Lead Pediatric Dental Assistant (RDA) – Growth Opportunity & PTO

Position Overview
As the Lead Pediatric Dental Assistant, you’ll assist with clinical procedures while also overseeing day-to-day workflow. You’ll help coordinate schedules, manage inventory, and ensure the team stays organized and efficient, all while delivering compassionate care to children and their families.

Qualifications

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification required
Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and maintain a positive, patient-focused environment

Schedule & Compensation

3 to 4 weekdays plus 2 Saturdays per month
Pay starts at $20 per hour
