Location: Tanglewood Dental Associates | Houston, TX
Compensation: $53–$55 per hour + Benefits
Schedule: Full-time | 32–36 hours per week

What You’ll Do

Provide exceptional, minimally invasive dental hygiene care in a calm, welcoming environment
Create memorable patient experiences by ensuring comfort, trust, and personalized attention
Collaborate closely with our clinical team to deliver seamless, high-quality care
Perform routine cleanings, periodontal treatments, and preventive care with precision and compassion
Educate and empower patients to maintain lifelong oral health and confidence in their smiles

Who You Are

Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state of Texas
Warm, personable, and skilled in building strong patient relationships
Excellent communicator with a focus on customer service and patient satisfaction
Team-oriented and dedicated to maintaining a positive, supportive culture
Detail-oriented, professional, and driven to provide top-tier care
Previous dental assisting experience is a plus (training provided for high-end practice protocols)
