Compensation

$28 – $30 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do

Follow strict infection control and safety protocols by sterilizing and disinfecting all equipment and instruments
Prepare and set up treatment rooms with sterilized instruments, dental materials, and supplies
Record and update patients’ medical histories, vital signs, and radiographs (X-rays)
Apply topical anesthetics when needed and assist during dental procedures and exams
Provide chairside assistance — including suctioning, instrument handling, and patient comfort management
Welcome patients warmly and clearly explain treatment plans to ensure understanding and ease
Manage back-office duties such as coordinating staff workflow, tracking lab cases, maintaining inventory, and supporting overall efficiency

Qualifications

Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (state-certified)
Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience
BLS/CPR certification required
Graduate of an ADA- or CODA-accredited dental assisting program
Proficient in dental software and electronic recordkeeping
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
