Dental Assistant
Location: In-person (Local travel between offices may be required)
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Starting at $20.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM or 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

We’re looking for a positive, proactive, and reliable Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced, high-energy orthodontic team. If you’re someone who thrives in a clinical setting, loves working with people, and enjoys seeing the transformation that a great smile can bring—this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Sterilize dental instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness according to OSHA and practice protocols
Set up trays and prepare treatment rooms for scheduled procedures
Take diagnostic records as directed, including X-rays, intraoral scans/photos, and alginate impressions
Assist orthodontists chairside during patient procedures
Record patient information and treatment notes as directed by the dentist
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions
Fabricate Essix retainers and complete basic lab duties
Prepare and track lab cases to ensure timely delivery and follow-up

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months experience in a dental or healthcare setting
Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and sterilization techniques
Dental Assistant license or certification as required by state law
Experience as a foreign-trained dentist is a plus
Proficiency with dental software and digital tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
