Dental Assistant – Join Our Growing Start-Up Practice
Location: In-Person | Pay: \$21.00 – \$22.00/hour | Part-Time/Contract | \~8 hours/week

About the Role:

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering a great patient experience while supporting clinical and administrative tasks in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients to the office
Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort throughout
Set up and break down rooms, instruments, and materials
Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols
Assist the dentist chairside (4-handed dentistry)
Handle lab tasks as directed
Provide oral hygiene and post-op instructions to patients
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked treatment rooms
Help schedule appointments and manage patient flow

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience as a dental assistant (2+ years preferred)
Strong understanding of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
Knowledge of safety and infection control standards
Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable, energetic, and dedicated to patient care

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification (preferred)
X-ray certification (preferred)
