Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to help maintain a clean, organized, and fully compliant clinical environment. This role is essential to supporting the daily operations of our dental office and ensuring the safety and comfort of our patients and staff.

Job Type: Full-Time
Starting Pay: From \$21.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Sterilization & Maintenance
Ensure clinic area is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA regulations
Sterilize and bag instruments and impression trays
Prepare tray setups for procedures
Oil and maintain dental handpieces
Keep hygiene rooms, bathrooms, and supply areas clean and well-stocked
Support & Teamwork
Assist chairside RDA with tasks such as taking clinical photographs
Stock and organize supplies throughout the clinic
Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Participate actively in staff meetings
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the doctor
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a dental sterilization role preferred
Skills & Abilities:
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, parents, and team members
Clear verbal communication for interacting with staff and patients
Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
