Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) - Cosmetic/Airway Focused Private Office

Smile 360 is a modern, patient-centered general, airway, and cosmetic dental practice located in Central South Austin. We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who is confident working with CBCT imaging and intraoral scanning, and who is excited to be part of a fully digital, high-level practice.

As a fee-for-service office, our focus is on delivering exceptional quality care, patient education, and long-term oral health—rather than high patient volume.

Key Responsibilities
Provide chairside assistance for general, cosmetic, and airway procedures
Capture CBCT images and perform intraoral scans
Support digital workflows and assist with treatment planning
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient operatory
Create a calm, elevated patient experience

Qualifications
Prior dental assisting experience required (RDA preferred)
Hands-on experience with CBCT and intraoral scanning
Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
Strong communication skills with a positive, professional attitude
