
Dental Assistant
Job Description
A family-oriented, state-of-the-art private dental practice in North County San Diego is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team. As a single-doctor practice, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, supportive environment for both patients and staff. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-focused mindset who is excited to grow with our practice. The right candidate will be dependable, eager to learn, and passionate about delivering excellent patient care. Training is available for motivated candidates.
Responsibilities
Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, whitening, clear aligners, and more
Prepare and efficiently turn over operatories with strong attention to detail
Support sterilization and infection control procedures to maintain a safe and organized clinical environment
Collaborate closely with the doctor, hygienists, and team members to ensure a positive patient experience
Assist with front office duties and support the team as needed
Utilize modern dental technology; experience with CEREC and iTero is a strong plus
