Registered Dental Assistant - Must be bilingual

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting a range of services, including general, pediatric, prosthodontic, and endodontic procedures, while helping ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist dentists during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques to improve efficiency and patient comfort
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring proper sterilization and adherence to infection control protocols
Take and process dental X-rays while following safety and HIPAA guidelines
Accurately manage patient records using EMR systems (e.g., Open Dental, Eaglesoft)
Record vital signs and update medical histories for comprehensive patient care
Provide chairside support for procedures in endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry, including use of imaging and 3D scanning technology
Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-care instructions

Qualifications:

Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Bilingual proficiency in [specify languages]
Experience in a dental practice with strong knowledge of infection control and aseptic techniques
Familiarity with EMR systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Epic (medical coding experience is a plus)
Solid understanding of dental and medical terminology
Ability to safely perform radiographic procedures in compliance with HIPAA standards
Experience working with pediatric patients is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
