Location: Hillcrest, San Diego, CA | In-Perso  
Job Type: Part-Time or Contract  
Compensation: $190,201 – $220,321/year (based on collections, with daily guarantee)

About the Role

As our Periodontist, you will:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with periodontal and implant needs  
- Focus primarily on dental implant placement
- Build strong relationships with both patients and referring general dentists  
- Contribute to delivering consistent, top-tier care that reflects our mission and values

Qualifications:

- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school  
- Completion of a postgraduate program in Periodontics  
- Active California dental license and malpractice insurance  
- Strong clinical expertise in implantology  
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills  
- Ability to manage and collaborate across a team  
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Compensation:

- Based on collections with a daily guarantee during your transition period  
- Your income grows as your patient base expands—no cap on earnings

Schedule:

- Part-time with flexible 8-hour shifts  
- No night shifts  
- Relocation to San Diego (92103) is required prior to starting

Work Environment:

- Clinical setting with standard exposure to dental materials and safety protocols  
- Requires periods of standing, bending, and lifting (up to 15 lbs)
