Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Teeth Whitening Specialist
Location: California (State RDA License Required)
Position Type: Part-Time
Compensation: \$25–\$32/hour (including tips + commission)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform professional teeth whitening treatments using state-of-the-art equipment and advanced techniques
Conduct client consultations to assess needs, set expectations, and recommend appropriate services
Educate clients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene to maintain results
Promote and sell whitening sessions and products
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment area
Keep accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a premium experience at every visit
Support studio operations, including inventory checks and restocking
Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and contribute to a positive work culture
Participate in ongoing training to stay current on teeth whitening advancements and products

Qualifications:

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of California (required)
Professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a dental office and teeth whitening preferred
Customer service or sales background is a plus
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow clinical protocols precisely
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, appointment-based environment
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on client demand
A passion for helping clients feel confident and valued
