Pediatric Dental Assistant-Bilingual

We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, bilingual Dental Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with doctors to deliver exceptional patient care while helping maintain an efficient, positive clinical environment. Our assistants are empowered to educate patients and are supported through ongoing training and development across multiple dental specialties.

Key Responsibilities

Assist dentists with a variety of procedures and treatments
Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment areas
Educate patients on oral health and recommended treatments
Present treatment plans based on doctor recommendations
Take X-rays and intraoral images efficiently
Accurately document patient information in digital charts
Monitor and maintain inventory and supplies
Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and company policies
Support additional duties as needed

Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
High school diploma or GED (required)
X-ray certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
Coronal polish certification (preferred)
1–2 years of dental assisting experience (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of dental terminology and clinical workflows
Proactive, organized, and patient-focused mindset
Team-oriented with a positive, friendly attitude
