Dental Assistant – Lead Role
Location: Dental365 Park Slope | 422 5th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11215
Schedule: Monday–Friday | \$3,500 Welcome Bonus | Pay Range: \$19–\$34/hr

Position Highlights:

\$3,500 Welcome Bonus
Pay Range: \$19 – \$34/hr, based on experience
Full-time schedule:
Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and support patients, ensuring comfort throughout their visit
Assist the dentist with various clinical procedures
Capture high-quality digital x-rays and intraoral scans
Maintain strict sterilization and infection control standards
Prepare and sanitize operatories for patient treatments
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-care instructions
Manage clinical inventory and place supply orders
Support day-to-day office operations to ensure seamless workflow

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience required
Previous leadership or supply management experience preferred
Certified and licensed as required by NY state
Excellent communication and patient-relations skills
A track record of reliable, long-term employment
