General Dentist – Up to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
Full-Time | Philadelphia, PA – Near Fairmount Park

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional dental care with a patient-first mentality
Foster a comfortable environment where patients understand that their health and well-being are top priorities
Support the growth and development of the dental team
Perform comprehensive full-mouth exams and accurately diagnose dental conditions
Educate patients on oral health and available treatment options
Maintain and update accurate patient medical records
Ensure compliance with all professional licenses and insurance requirements

Qualifications

Doctorate in Dentistry (DDS or DMD)
Pennsylvania State Dental License and DEA registration
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dedication to integrity and the highest standards of ethical patient care
Proof of malpractice insurance
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification
