Endodontic Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Endodontic Assistant to provide exceptional chairside care during endodontic procedures. With our strong training programs and advanced resources, you will continue to grow your skills while helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.

What You’ll Do

Create an Exceptional Patient Experience

Welcome patients warmly and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit.
Provide compassionate support during complex endodontic treatments.

Clinical Support

Assist the Endodontist chairside to ensure precise and efficient treatment.
Prepare treatment rooms and organize all necessary instruments and trays.
Sterilize instruments consistently according to safety standards.
Take X-rays as needed.
Accurately chart existing conditions and recommended treatments.

Patient Education & Care Coordination

Educate patients on post-treatment care to promote optimal healing and long-term health.
Maintain clear communication with patients regarding follow-ups and next steps.
Keep accurate, detailed patient records to support continuity of care.

Team Collaboration

Support the clinical team with additional tasks as needed.
Contribute to smooth patient flow and overall practice success.

Requirements

Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Current CPR certification
Minimum 1 year of endodontic experience
Willingness to travel within designated areas
