Crossroads Dental is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our patient-centered team in Dallas, TX.

Minimum Qualifications

Current Texas Dental Hygienist license
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene (as required)
CPR certification
Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation

Preferred Experience

Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital X-rays, and EMR systems
Commitment to ongoing learning and clinical development
Ability to support clinical needs as required by the office

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs
Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions
