Dental Hygienist

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform dental cleanings and support various dental procedures

- Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices

- Take and process dental x-rays

- Maintain and update patient dental records

- Administer fluoride treatments and dental sealants

- Conduct preliminary dental exams and screenings

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow

Required Skills:

- Proficient in medical and dental terminology and documentation

- Experience with Dentrix and Dexis

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and team members

- Experience with iTero

Job Details:

- Type: Part-time

- Pay: $57.00 per hour

- Expected Hours: 30 – 40 per week

Qualifications:

- License/Certification: Registered Dental Hygienist (Required); Dental License (Preferred)

- Location: Brooklyn, NY 11217 (Required)

- Relocation: Must relocate to Brooklyn, NY 11217 before starting (Required)
