About the Role

As a Dental Floater, you'll support both the clinical and front office teams to ensure a smooth, patient-centered experience. Ideal candidates are flexible, tech-savvy, and eager to contribute wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with administrative duties such as confirming appointments and verifying insurance
Support patient care by taking X-rays and sterilizing instruments
Manage medical records and patient information with accuracy
Communicate effectively with patients to provide excellent service
Understand basic dental terminology and office operations
Use or learn dental software (we use Open Dental)

Requirements

Some experience in a dental office setting (front desk or clinical)
Familiarity with dental insurance and accounts receivable processes
Strong customer service and communication skills
Willingness to float between administrative and clinical tasks
Tech-savvy and eager to learn
Dependable, punctual, and open to feedback

Schedule

Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the first appointment and stay up to 30 minutes after the last.
