Dental Assistant with X-Ray Certification
Job Description
Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Assistant and be a vital part of delivering exceptional care to our patients. You will work alongside licensed dentists, utilizing cutting-edge dental technology to enhance patient care. This role involves assisting with a variety of treatment procedures, maintaining high standards of infection control, and supporting both patients and the dental team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a range of treatment procedures.
- Set up and break down the operatory after treatments.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
- Provide patients with post-treatment oral care instructions.
- Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices.
- Perform various office tasks to support daily operations.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and infection control standards.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and ethical/legal standards for dental care.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred.
- Certifications: PA Radiology X-ray certification and current CPR certification.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and dental science.
- Ability to work effectively with a team and handle a variety of clinical and office tasks.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
