Dental assistant(RDA / CDA)

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and energetic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist our dentists, and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Salary Range:  
$19.00 – $26.00 per hour (Competitive pay based on experience & qualifications)    

Key Responsibilities:  
Assist dentists with procedures and patient care  
Take high-quality x-rays and alginate impressions  
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance  
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally  
Help with administrative tasks and scheduling as needed  
Ensure a seamless patient experience by collaborating with the front desk team  
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements  
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)  
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification  
Nitrous Oxide Certification License (Preferred)  
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) Certification (Preferred)  
Previous experience in a dental office setting is a plus

Schedule & Work Hours  
Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM  
60-minute meal break (unpaid)  
Overtime Available (Paid at 1.5x hourly rate during peak seasons)  
No Weekends Required  
Holiday Shifts Compensated at Double Time  

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of dental procedures & terminology  
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)  
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations & Open Dental software
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
