We are seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant who will serve as our Director of First Impressions, leading front office operations while supporting the clinical team and contributing to marketing initiatives.

Position Overview
As our Director of First Impressions, you will:

Welcome patients warmly and professionally
Manage scheduling, patient communications, and day-to-day front office operations
Assist chairside as needed during exams, cleanings, and procedures
Support marketing and social media efforts to showcase our practice and patient experiences

Key Responsibilities

Front Office & Patient Relations

Greet and assist patients with professionalism and care
Manage phones, appointments, and patient communications
Support treatment coordination, insurance verification, and collections
Maintain accurate records and an organized, inviting reception area

Clinical Support

Assist chairside during procedures as needed
Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
Support the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care

Marketing & Social Media (Optional / Bonus)

Assist with social media content creation and brand promotion
Collaborate with marketing partners to highlight services and patient experiences
Participate in community engagement and patient outreach campaigns

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of front office/reception experience (required)
Willingness to assist as a dental assistant; dental assisting experience is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: professional, kind, and confident
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
Experience with dental software (EagleSoft preferred)
Comfort with social media platforms and marketing initiatives
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to grow within the practice

Compensation & Benefits
