Immediate Opening: Orthodontic Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Assist chairside for braces (self-ligating & traditional) and aligners.

- Place braces, attachments, rubber bands, and provide post-op instructions.

- Answer phones, schedule new patient appointments, and facilitate digital patient documents.

- Take digital radiographs and provide new patient experiences.

- Perform orthodontic assistant duties, including treatment coordination, infection control, sterilization, and office cleaning.

- Communicate with patients and families about treatment.

- Utilize digital workflow with 3D printer for aligners/retainers and perform lab work.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma required.

- Registered Dental Assistant (Texas RDA license) and CPR certification required.

- Orthodontic assisting experience is highly encouraged.

- Previous customer service experience preferred.

- Must possess professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Schedule:

- Full-time & part-time hours available.

- Office hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Monday to Thursday; 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM Friday.

- Position is primarily for our RJ location, with potential travel depending on full-time or part-time status.

Salary:

- $21.00 - $30.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
