What We’re Looking For

A Licensed Dental Assistant (RDA) with strong clinical and interpersonal skills
3+ years of experience in general or cosmetic dentistry
A proactive learner who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
Team player with exceptional communication and organization skills
Committed to delivering outstanding patient care and memorable experiences

Key Responsibilities

Record vitals, update medical/dental history, take digital x-rays
Provide chairside assistance during exams and cosmetic procedures
Fabricate aesthetic, well-fitting temporary crowns and restorations
Support Invisalign cases: take records, place attachments, and perform scans
Manage suction, retraction, packing cord, and maintain accurate treatment notes
Explain procedures and post-op care to patients with clarity and confidence
Maintain sterilization standards, equipment, and operatory readiness
Help schedule follow-ups and answer hygiene-related patient questions

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
BLS/CPR certified
Minimum 3 years of experience in a dental assisting role
Proficient in dental software, clinical documentation, and patient education
Strong aesthetic awareness and experience with cosmetic workflows a plus
Must be able to pass a reference check
