What We Offer

Pay: $20–$28/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 4 days per week (approx. 32–34 hours)

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:45 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 2:15/2:30 PM
(Wednesday hours may extend to 4:00–5:00 PM in the near future)

We’re looking for a dedicated Surgical Assistant who will help us deliver top-quality periodontal care while contributing to a positive, efficient, and team-oriented workplace.

Responsibilities:

Assist the periodontist during surgical and non-surgical procedures (implants, grafts, osseous surgery, etc.)
Prepare and break down operatories efficiently
Maintain strict sterilization and infection control standards
Document accurate chart notes and assist with clinical reporting
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth daily workflow

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience
Certifications: California Dental X-ray license & current CPR certification
Preferred Skills: Dentrix experience (a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right fit!)
