We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. In this role, you will work closely with our dentists to support complex restorative and surgical procedures. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop advanced assisting skills in a fast-paced, surgical-focused environment while contributing to a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist dentists with restorative and surgical procedures, including crowns, implant crowns, and full-arch prosthetics (AOX)
Support placement and removal of implant-supported prostheses
Manage implant components, parts, and restorative workflows
Maintain an organized, efficient clinical environment
Ensure smooth procedural flow through proactive preparation and teamwork

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience
Strong knowledge of cosmetic and restorative dentistry
Proven experience with implant-supported prosthetics, including placement and removal
Experience with full-arch (AO4/AOX) prosthetics placement and removal (minimum 3 years required)
Highly organized, motivated, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Requirements

Valid RDA license
High school diploma or equivalent
X-Ray Certification
OSHA Certification

Position Details

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Pay Range: $19.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
Work Location: In person
Language Preference: Spanish preferred
Commute Requirement: Ability to commute to or relocate to San Antonio, TX 78249 prior to start date
