What You’ll Do
As a Registered Dental Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, kid-friendly care. This is a full-time, hands-on clinical position.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting chairside during pediatric restorative, preventive, and specialty procedures
Preparing and turning over treatment rooms efficiently
Taking and processing digital X-rays following ALARA principles
Performing duties within RDA scope, including coronal polishing, fluoride treatments, and sealants
Communicating clearly and compassionately with children and caregivers
Maintaining strict infection control and sterilization standards (OSHA & CDPH compliant)
Accurately documenting procedures and clinical notes
Keeping the clinical environment organized and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Required:
Active California RDA license in good standing
Current CPR/BLS certification
Certifications in radiography, coronal polishing, and sealants
2+ years of RDA experience (pediatric experience preferred)
Proficiency with digital imaging and dental software
Strong knowledge of infection control and OSHA standards
