Full Time Orthodontic Assistant

Greco Orthodontics is growing and looking for a friendly, motivated, and compassionate Orthodontic Assistant to join our expanding team in Philadelphia and Ardmore. We are a family-owned father-daughter orthodontic practice with a close-knit team that is passionate about patient care, teamwork, and creating beautiful smiles in a welcoming and relaxed environment.

For full-time opportunities, candidates must be willing to travel between our Ardmore and Center City Philadelphia locations. Compensation is based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
Provide chairside orthodontic assistance, including banding, bonding, and adjustments
Perform sterilization and maintain operatory cleanliness
Pour dental models and fabricate Essix retainers
Answer phones and schedule patient appointments
Assist with light office maintenance and marketing efforts

Qualifications:
Previous orthodontic assisting experience required
Dental assisting certification preferred, but not required
Strong understanding of orthodontic procedures and terminology
Ability to take dental radiographs (x-rays) accurately
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
