We are a well-established, high-performing general dental practice near Balboa Park seeking an experienced and compassionate RDAEF2 to join our team. Here, your skills are appreciated, your growth is encouraged, and your role has real impact.

What You’ll Do
Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable and at ease
Build meaningful relationships and guide patients through their visits with clarity and care
Educate patients about their treatment in a supportive, easy-to-understand way
Use your RDAEF skills to deliver efficient, high-quality care while ensuring a positive experience
Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to keep the schedule running smoothly
Prepare treatment rooms and instruments to ensure seamless daily operations
Contribute to a team culture built on communication, respect, and support

What We’re Looking For
Active California RDAEF license
Approximately 5+ years of dental experience with strong clinical confidence
A kind, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills with a passion for patient education
Comfort with technology (Dentrix, CEREC, digital workflows)
Self-motivated, organized, and consistently positive
Current BLS/CPR certification
