Key Responsibilities
Manage your operatory efficiently to support seamless clinical flow
Anticipate provider and patient needs with precision and professionalism
Identify workflow challenges and implement effective solutions
Support and mentor team members to improve overall performance
Contribute ideas to enhance systems, processes, and patient experience
Assist chairside while maintaining high clinical standards

Qualifications
3+ years of dental assisting experience
Strong ability to anticipate needs and stay ahead in a fast-paced setting
Natural leadership and confidence in clinical environments
Passion for mentoring and developing others
Open to feedback and committed to growth and innovation
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with CEREC, iTero, Nomad, and Invisalign systems
Compensation & Benefits
$28–$32 per hour (based on experience and performance)
