We’re seeking an Experienced Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our friendly, patient-focused team. The ideal candidate is a team player, confident with chairside assisting, and comfortable working with children. Position: Experienced Dental Assistant (RDA)
Job Type: Full-Time or Contract
Location: In-Person
Pay Range: \$13.00 – \$25.00 per hour (Salary match based on experience may be considered)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide chairside assistance during a wide range of dental procedures
Set up and break down operatories following proper infection control protocols
Take digital X-rays (experience with Eaglesoft is a plus)
Perform sterilization and instrument processing
Support the clinical team in maintaining an efficient patient flow
Deliver outstanding patient care with a positive attitude
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus

What We’re Looking For:

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
Prior experience in a dental office (pediatric experience a plus)
Reliable, organized, and a strong communicator
Willingness to be a supportive and flexible team member
Comfort working with both adults and children
