Pediatric Dental Assistant- Dream Team - 500 Onboarding

Location: Houston, TX 77079 | Full-Time | 35–40 hours/week
Pay: \$19.00 – \$100.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

What We’re Looking For

An ideal candidate is:

Reliable and punctual
Open to learning and growth (teachable)
Experienced in dental assisting (minimum 1 year required)
A strong team player who communicates well
Positive, personable, and enjoys working with children

What You’ll Do

Perform high-quality chairside assisting, including restorative procedures, radiographs, sterilization, charting, and clear communication with both patients and parents
Take initiative in learning new skills and improving daily through self-study and peer support
Step outside your comfort zone to grow professionally in both clinical and administrative areas
Assist with front desk tasks such as scheduling and billing when needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Completion of a dental assistant program preferred
Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience (required)
CPR or First Aid certification preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be able to reliably commute to Houston, TX 77079
Willing to relocate before starting (preferred)
