Key Responsibilities

Oversee inventory and prepare all necessary supplies and equipment for specialty procedures
Assist surgeons during patient treatment to ensure efficient, high-quality care
Provide clear and compassionate pre- and post-operative instructions to patients
Educate and communicate with providers and departments on process improvements and claim denials affecting revenue
Maintain professionalism and calm under pressure when working with patients, staff, and specialists
Respond to patient inquiries with empathy and clinical knowledge

Requirements

Minimum 12 months of current experience in Oral Surgery as an RDA
Active Texas RDA license and all relevant certifications
BLS certification (current)
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
