Dental Hygienist

Dr. Penchas is seeking a Part-Time RDH to join our busy, patient-focused practice! This is a fantastic opportunity for a hygienist who values a collaborative, supportive, and drama-free environment, with the chance to grow into a full-time role as demand increases.

Location: Houston, TX
Compensation: \$50–\$55 per hour
Schedule: 2 days/week to start, with potential to transition to full-time as schedule builds

Requirements:

Valid TX Registered Dental Hygiene License
Current CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
High professional standards and strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in all aspects of dental hygiene, including:
Periodontal charting
X-rays
Prophylaxis
Scaling and root planing
Fluoride treatments

Employment Type:

Part-Time (Non-Exempt, hourly position)
Potential to expand into Full-Time as the schedule grows
