Dental Hygienist (Part-Time)

Schedule: Wednesdays & Fridays

Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time Dental Hygienist to join our team on Wednesdays and Fridays. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values patient relationships, and enjoys working in a modern, growth-oriented practice.

Key Responsibilities

Perform dental cleanings and periodontal therapy (SRP)
Take and review digital radiographs
Complete comprehensive periodontal charting
Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and treatment recommendations
Assist with co-diagnosis and treatment planning
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes using Open Dental
Contribute to a smooth, efficient patient experience and office flow

Qualifications

Active Arizona Dental Hygiene License (RDH)
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
Current CPR/BLS certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a strong team mindset
Comfortable working in a startup or growing practice environment

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $45.00 – $58.00 per hour
