Orthodontic Assistant - Mon-Thurs, 34-36hrs per week

My Smile Orthodontics is a well-established, female-owned boutique orthodontic practice led by Dr. Cheryl Guerrero. We are known for providing personalized, high-quality orthodontic care and staying at the forefront of technology. Our close-knit team is looking for a skilled and self-driven Orthodontic Assistant to join us and contribute to our patient-focused practice.

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour  
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 32-36 hours/week    

What You’ll Do:  
Assist the orthodontist chairside with procedures such as wire changes, bonding brackets, and delivering appliances  
Take orthodontic records, including X-rays, photos, and digital scans  
Perform sterilization and maintain a clean workspace  
Utilize orthodontic/dental software  
Complete lab work, including making Essix retainers  

Requirements:  
RDA License (Required)  
2+ years of orthodontic assisting experience strongly preferred  
Willingness to learn—we provide dedicated training for a smooth transition
