We’re now hiring a Lead Dental Care Assistant to play a key role in ensuring outstanding care and support for both patients and team members.

What You’ll Do:

As a Lead Dental Care Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of the practice, supporting seamless patient care and clinical efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
Taking accurate dental x-rays and iTero digital scans
Ensuring a clean, sterile, and organized operatory before and after each patient
Educating patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Managing patient flow to keep the day running smoothly
Maintaining strict infection control standards and sterilizing equipment
Supporting clinical documentation and patient charting
Taking impressions for crowns, night guards, and other appliances
Leading by example to deliver exceptional patient experiences and satisfaction

What You’ll Need:

Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Current CPR certification
Minimum of 2 years' experience as an RDA in a dental practice
Flexibility and willingness to travel to nearby offices as needed
