We’re currently seeking a Lead Dental Care Assistant who is passionate about patient care and eager to support our dental team in delivering outstanding service.

What You’ll Do

Assist dentists with a variety of procedures while ensuring patient comfort and smooth workflows
Take accurate dental X-rays to support diagnoses and treatment planning
Prepare and break down operatories to maintain a clean, organized environment
Manage patient flow and transitions throughout the office
Sterilize instruments and equipment, upholding high standards of infection control
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Take impressions and perform digital iTero scans for custom appliances
Assist with charting, documentation, and treatment planning
Collaborate with your team to deliver an exceptional patient experience

What We’re Looking For

Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License
Current CPR certification
2+ years of RDA experience in a dental practice
Flexibility to travel to newly acquired offices when needed
