Lead Dental Assistant RDA

We’re seeking a Lead Dental Assistant to join our pediatric dental team! This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with children and is ready to take the next step in their dental career. In this leadership role, you’ll assist with clinical procedures, help manage daily operations, support team scheduling, and ensure every child has a positive experience at our office.

Lead Dental Assistant – Pediatric Dentistry

Location: In-Person | Schedule: 3–4 Weekdays + 2 Saturdays/Month
Starting at \$20/hr (Based on Experience) | Opportunity for Growth

What You’ll Do:

Assist the dentist with pediatric procedures
Oversee daily clinical workflows and staff scheduling
Ensure treatment rooms are properly stocked and organized
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
Help maintain a fun, welcoming, and kid-friendly environment
Support and mentor dental assistants
Communicate effectively with both patients and parents

Requirements:

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification (Required)
Sealant and Nitrous Oxide certifications (Required)
Pediatric dentistry experience (Required)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Leadership or management experience (Preferred)
Bilingual (Preferred)
