
Lead Dental Assistant – Full Arch
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in providing chairside support for full-arch surgeries, implant procedures, grafting, and restorative treatments, while also assisting with digital lab workflows. The ideal candidate brings advanced surgical skills, extensive clinical experience, and a strong understanding of digital dentistry systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide chairside assistance during full-arch surgeries, implant procedures, grafting, and complex restorative treatments.
Prepare and maintain surgical rooms, ensuring strict adherence to sterilization and infection control protocols.
Lead, train, and mentor junior dental assistants, promoting efficiency and high-quality clinical support.
Manage inventory of surgical supplies, implants, and digital materials.
Deliver exceptional patient care, including clear pre- and post-operative instructions.
Support digital lab workflows, including intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM systems, 3D printing, and milling.
Take precise digital impressions and assist with internal digital design and planning processes as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience, with a strong background in surgical and implant procedures.
Experience assisting with full-arch and implant surgeries is required.
Familiarity with digital dentistry (IOS scanning, CAD/CAM, 3D printing, implant planning software) is a strong advantage.
Previous leadership or lead assistant experience preferred.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
CDA or RDA preferred; candidates with strong experience and skills will be considered.
Compensation & Hours:
Pay: $45.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In-person
