Lead Dental Assistant – $20–$28/hr + PTO, Holiday pay, Dental, and CE Benefits

About the Role:

Work hand in hand with the doctor, hygiene and admin team to deliver clinical care at the highest aesthetic and clinical standards

Build real, lasting relationships with patients and colleagues

Manage and facilitate clinical cases from start to completion

Manage inventory and supply budget

Assist chairside for a variety of dental procedures, including endo, perio, oral surgery, implants, clear aligners, and general dentistry.

Electronic records management (e.g. patient charts)

Requirements:

At least 1 year of dental assisting experience

Strong communication skills

Eaglesoft experience (a plus)

Spanish-speaking (a big plus)

A mindset for learning and growth

Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
